Why wont the picture messaging work on my Prada phone?

i recently bought a LG Prada phone, it works fine except for the fact that i cant send picture texts/messages.

for text messages at first check your messages center number is correct,if not get it from your network service provider then try again . If you try to send picture (multimedia messages ).You have to get MMS setting for your phone. If you contact your network service provider they well send you MMS setting file for your mobile. After that you could send (text/mms) messages
