Will the LG Prada 2 phone ever be on a service?

Could this phone become available on any service? Which service is most likely have the LG Prada 2 on their service? If so when? What do u think the estimated "LOCKED" price would be?|||I think the prada 2 is unlocked or at least that's what i heard, so the network shouldn't matter. From what i've seen it's about 500 euros or 765 american dollars.
